Cellen van planten en dieren
Alle planten en dieren bestaan uit cellen. Cellen zijn bouwstenen van levende wezens ofwel
organismen.
Alle levende inhoud van een cel noem je samen het protoplasma.
Bij planten en dieren bestaat het protoplasma uit cytoplasma en een kern. In het cytoplasma drijven
de organellen. Organellen zijn onderdelen van de cel met een bepaalde functie.
In een dierlijke cel zit
* een celmembraan (de buitenste laag van het cytoplasma)
* de celkern ( erfelijk materiaal)
* kernmembraan (de buitenste laag van het kernplasma)
* cytoplasma (stroperige substantie waarin organellen drijven)
In een plantencel zit
* plastiden (chloroplasten, bladgroenkorrels. Chromoplasten, gekleurde korrels. Leukoplasten,
zetmeelkorrels
* celmembraan
* vacuole (blaasje gevuld met vocht)
* cytoplasma
* celwand
* celkern
* kernmembraan
Van cel tot organisme
Alle organismen bestaan uit cellen. Soms kunnen organismen zelfstandig leven, voorbeeld
pantoffeldiertje.
Meeste organismen bestaan uit meerdere cellen, een groep met dezelfde cellen heet een weefsel.
In het dierlijke weefsel zit:
- steunweefsel (zorgt voor stevigheid, bijvoorbeeld in het skelet)
- beenweefsel
- kraakbeenweefsel
- spierweefsel
- zenuwweefsel
In een plantaardige weefsel zit:
- steunweefsel
- dekweefsel
- vezels
- vaatweefsel
