, Inleiding
Voor deze opdracht multiculturele zorg laat ik zien hoe ik mij deskundigheid bevorder door mij te
verdiepen in andermans leefgewoontes. Ik werk in de thuiszorg, en hebben verschillende soorten
culturen op onze werkplek. Ik zelf ben van Surinaams/hindoestaanse afkomst en vond het wel leuk
om daar meer in te verdiepen, aangezien ikzelf er niet veel van afweet. Mijn ouders zelf zijn geloven
en houden zich aan de regels van hun geloof en cultuur die zei van hun ouders/voorouders hebben
meegekregen. Wij als kinderen zijn heel vrij opgevoed, en onze ouders hebben ons de kans gegeven
zelf te kiezen wat wij wilden. Zoals mijn moeder altijd zegt, elke geloof en cultuur is hetzelfde, als we
maar respect voor elkaar tonen.
