Mijn naam is Xxxxx Xxxxx 26 jaar, en in april 2020 gestart met de hbo-bachelor opleiding rechten met
specialisatie arbeids- en sociaal recht. Momenteel bestaat mijn werk in processpecialist bij Xxxxx met
als taak de administratieve afhandeling van de polisadministratie.
Voor u ligt mijn uitwerking van de moduleopdracht juridisch procesmanagement. Gedurende de
module heb ik geleerd hoe relevante informatie te vertalen naar juridische informatie en om deze
informatie vervolgens goed weer te geven in een bezwaarschrift. Voor de moduleopdracht is gebruik
gemaakt van de casus die is aangedragen door NCOI. De casus heeft betrekking op twee
evenementenvergunningen die door de gemeente Utrecht zijn afgegeven en waarover omwonende
aangeven veel last te hebben van de festiviteiten waarvoor de vergunningen zijn afgegeven.
Tot slot dank ik NCOI voor de mogelijkheid om deze opdracht versneld te kunnen afronden.
