Le cancer de l’endomètre est défini par les tumeurs mal
épithéliales qui naissent et se développent aux dépens
muqueuse du corps utérin.

Sont exclues donc les tumeurs d’origine conjonctive (sarco
ou d’origine placentaire (chorioépithéliomes) et les cance
col propagés au corps.

Le cancer de l’endomètre est un cancer de la femm
ménopausée, Il est réputé être de bon pronostic, cependant l
survie à 5 ans est de 70 %. Alors que 72 % des cancers son
diagnostiqués au stade I.

Identifier les femmes à risque pour réduire le taux de ce cancer

Diagnostiquer le plus précocement possible ce cancer et savoi
surveiller une femme traitée pour un cancer de l’endomètre
