3.1 Soorten bedrijfsprocessen.
Een bedrijfsproces is een ordening van het werk die uitgevoerd moet worden in een
bedrijf om een product of dienst te maken. De hulpmiddelen zijn hier: productie
middelen. Productie middelen zijn bijv. machines.
Een bedrijfsproces heeft 3 basiskenmerken:
1. Het proces heeft een begin en een eind met input en output.
2. Een proces voegt waarde toe voor haar (interne/externe) klant.
3. Het proces is gericht op resultaat voor haar (interne/externe) klant.
Bij het analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen kun je drie stappen toeppassen:
1. Beschrijf je in- en output van het proces en alle processtappen door middel
van een processchema.
2. Breng de waarde toevoegingsproces in van alle processtappen en bepaal
welke ondersteunende activiteiten er nodig zijn. Ook besteed je aandacht aan
hoe je vlekkeloos van de ene processtap naar de andere processtap verloopt.
3. Je gaat na wat het beoogde resultaat is voor de (interne/externe) klant en ga
je na wat de opleverspecificaties zijn.
