Mijn naam is xx, ben ruim achttien jaar werkzaam bij de Immigratie en Naturalisatiedienst en
volg de opleiding HBO sociaal juridische dienstverlening via het NCOI. De reden waarom ik
deze studie volg, is omdat ik in de toekomst graag de rol als beslisser wil vervullen. Eén van
de werkzaamheden als beslisser is het schrijven van een minuut (samenvatting) en het
opstellen van een heldere beschikking.
Tijdens mijn vak juridische vaardigheden 1 heb ik lessen gevolgd waarbij aspecten als
interpretatie van rechtsregel, juridisch taalgebruik en het schrijven van een juridische brief 2
werden besproken en behandeld.
Naar aanleiding van deze lessen dien ik met de gegeven kennis het vak af te sluiten met
een moduleopdracht. De bedoeling van deze opdracht is het uitwerken van een juridische
casus 3 met de bijbehorende relevante juridische bronnen 4 en het schrijven van een
juridische adviesbrief.
Deze moduleopdracht richt ik aan mijn beoordelaar.
