My main task and characteristics are
-Self-exploration: as is early adulthood, is common for me to be exploring what
interests and skills I have that I could apply to my career path. This may involve me
trying new things, taking courses or attending workshops to develop my new skills, and
looking at my strengths and weaknesses to get better as an individual.
-Building a Professional Network: creating a strong professional network will be
incredibly important in advancing my career. During my early adulthood, I woulf be
working on building strong relationships with colleagues , industry peers, and mentors.
This network will make roads for opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, and job
referrals in the near future.
-Growth and Continuous Learning: , in this career stage is a time of growth and

commit to long-term plans or goals. As being an ISFP will benefit or undermine my
well-being in my job, it really depends on the job itself and the specific work
environment I will be working under . as an ISFP I tend to excel in hands-on, creative,
and flexible work that allows me to express my individuality and explore different
possibilities’ may struggle in highly structured or rigid work environments, or jobs that
