Methode 1 – SMART-Methode
Die SMART-Methode dient dazu, dass Ziele professionell ausgeschrieben und
formuliert werden. Der Name SMART setzt sich folgendermaßen zusammen:
S = Spezifisch: Hierbei wird versucht ein Ziel möglichst eindeutig und präzise
zu formulieren.
Bsp.: Ich möchte mein Fernstudium in 3 Jahren bestehen.
M = Messbar: Das Ziel sollte messbare Etappenschritte haben, die man
selbstständig kontrollieren kann. Sprich das Hauptziel sollte
messbare Unterziele haben.
Bsp.: Modul 1, Modul 2 & Modul 3 sollen im ersten Semester
abgeschlossen werden.
A = Alle Lebensbereiche umfassend:
Dies bedeutet, dass man die SMART-Methode in allen
Lebensbereichen verwendet werden kann. Mit der SMART-
Methode können also Ziele
im Beruf
im Familienleben
im Sport
oder mehr gesetzt werden.
