De darmflora zijn de 500-1000 verschillende soorten darmbacteriën in je lichaam.

Voedingsmiddelen bestaan uit:
- Koolhydraten -> brandstof, bouwstof (onderdeel

- Eiwitten -> bouwstoffen (spiereiwitten, hemoglobine, antistoffen), brandstof

hoeveelheden gebruikt. Tekort? -> gebreksziekten
