The purpose of this experiment was to teach the student how to perform Thin
Layer Chromatography. This experiment will introduce the students to different
types of amino acids, reagents, and solutions that will be applied to perform the
experiment. By the end of the experiment, the students will understand the
different mobile phases for each amino acids, and calculate their Rf values for data
variations.
