, Purpose
The purpose of this laboratory experiment was to teach students to learn how to
properly perform Gel Electrophoresis with Agarose. This experiment will introduce
to students that different instruments and equipment needed for the procedure.
The students will also learn how Gel Electrophoresis separates DNA base on the
fragment’s sizes and how this technique help our society solving biological identity
problems.
