Als manager hoop ik te kunnen werken met wederzijds respect: respect voor mijn medewerkers en
respect naar mij toe. Ik hoop daarbij een gevoel van zekerheid uit te stralen en dat ik mensen
intrinsiek kan motiveren om het beste uit zichzelf te kunnen halen.
Dit portfolio is geschreven in opdracht voor het vak management vaardigheden. Dit is een opdracht
om mijn voortgang in het ontwikkelen van leiderschapsvaardigheden in de cursus en in de nabije
toekomst vast te leggen. Hierin zullen de onderwerpen zoals essentiële management vaardigheden,
Belbin teamrollen, effectief vergaderen, motivatie, ontwikkel- en moeilijke gesprekken,
stressmanagement en een eindevaluatie van de presentatie aan bod komen.
Ik hoop dat dit portfolio duidelijk weergeeft hoe ik als manager te werk wil gaan en dat mijn
leermomenten duidelijk in beeld worden gebracht.
