Het werken aan dit beroepsproduct heeft mijn interesse in bio psychologie verder gewekt. Ik ben me bewust
geworden dat we leven in een spannende tijd waarin we steeds meer inzicht krijgen in hoe ons brein
eigenlijk werkt maar ook waarin onze omgeving sneller veranderd dan wij zelf.
In dit beroepsproduct beschrijf ik een situatie waarin Hermien het slachtoffer is geworden van
bankhelpdeskfraude. Mede door de door mij gekozen casuïstiek, ben ik ook tot de conclusie gekomen dat
we als mens snel te beïnvloeden zijn en dat veel van ons gedrag onbewust gebeurd. Hermien verwoorde dit
mooi, zij vertelde dat zij het gevoel had onder hypnose te verkeren toen zij werd opgelicht. Ergens had zij
wel het gevoel dat er iets niet klopte, maar het overkwam haar “gewoon”.
Via deze weg wil ik Hermien dan ook bedanken voor haar openheid. Verder wil ik Sami, Madeleine en mijn
docent Laurens Ekkel bedanken voor hun feedback en ondersteuning.
