Laesie aan de n. radialis
- Wat zie je:
o Drophand
o De extensoren zijn verzwakt
o Tintelingen

o Functioneel onderzoek: schrijven etc.
o Zenuw palperen en triggeren is er nog gevoel

- Biomechanisch counselen: Uitleggen wat de gevolgen kunnen zijn
Laesie ulnaris
- Klauwhand
- Vegetatieve verschijnselen
Laesie n peroneus
- Het is een aandoening aan de kuitbeenzenuw, die door de knieholte loopt. Door deze
zenuw kunnen we onze voet opheffen en omhoog draaien.
- Oorzaken:
o Erfelijk
o Langdurig met benen over elkaar zitten
o Langdurig gehurkt zitten
o Extreem gewichtsverlies na operatie
o Drukaandoening met uitvalsverschijnselen
- Wat zie je:
o Klapvoet
o Verzwakte extensoren
o Doof en tintelend gevoel in het onderbeen en enkel
o Branderige pijn aan zijkant van het onderbeen en enkel
- Onderzoeken:
o Spierkracht
o Functioneel onderzoek: laten lopen, op tenen staan, voet naar jezelf toe
trekken.
o Zenuw palperen

Welke zenuwen:
- N medianus
o In de buik van de flexor pollicis brevis
o Basis van de duim
- N ulnaris
o Lateraal en dan palmair
- N radialis
o Dorsale zijde

o Ergens op de voet uitgezonderd de mediale malleolus
o Lateraal en zo distaal mogelijk
- N femoralis
o Buitenkant bovenbeen (cutaneus femoralis)
o Beetje proximaal
- N tibialis
o Onderkant voet en dan zo distaal mogelijk
o Op de hak
- N peroneus
o Zo distaal mogelijk bij de tenen
o Tussen teen 1 en 2 aan de bovenkant
Instructies:
Zenuw compressue / rektest
- N medianus: compressie voor 10 sec en daarna rekken
o Positief voor carpaletunnelsyndroom: tintelingen vingers
MRC test
Test 2 spieren die door de n. medianus, ulnaris, ischiadicus, femoralis, tibialis en peroneus
worden geïnnerveerd.
Toets: test 2 spieren bij een bepaalde zenuw
- Medianus
o Pronator teres
o Flexor carpi radialis
o Flexor pollicis brevis
- Radialis
o Triceps
o Extensoren pols
- Ulnaris
o Flexor carpi ulnaris
o Flexor pollicis brevis
