Verspaningstechnologie Differientiatie curcus 20221. Inleiding
Hout is bewerkbaar in 3 richtingen : 1; Lengterichting => makkelijk
2; Breedterichting = > moeilijker
3; Kopshout => hoge eisen
Bij het verspanen van hout met de houtdraad mee dan worden vezels naar beneden
gedrukt. =>> Glad oppervlak
Bij het verspanen van hout tegen houtdraad worden vezels losgescheurd van het oppervlak.
=>> Geen glad oppervlak
Bij schaven eerst houtdraad richting bepalen en dan in de juiste richting doorvoeren.
Besluit: Om een glad oppervlak te bekomen moet je verspanen in richting van houtdraad en
met scherp gereedschap van hoge kwaliteit werken.
2. Machinezaal
Machines moeten opgesteld worden volgens bewerkingsvolgorde
zodat men niet ver moet lopen met het stuk tot volgende bewerking.
Vereisten machinezaal:
1: voldoende ruimte rond machines
2: Goede verlichting
3: Goede afzuiging
3. Stofafzuiginstallatie
Alle machines van stofafzuiging voorzien!!!! Zorgt voor veiligere
omstandigheden want stof wordt niet ingeademd of in de ogen. Ook
zijn de machines minder vuil.
4. Persluchtinstallatie
Bij perslucht zijn 2 zaken belangerijk= 1: Voldoende perslucht en druk
2: Dat de lucht niet verontreinigd is
De luchtverzorgingseenheid bestaat uit volgende delen: De luchtslang waardoor de lucht
gaat. Het reduceerventiel die de druk regelt. De waterafscheider die water en vuil uit de
perslucht haalt zodat er geen roestvorming vormt. De olienevelaar die om een bepaalde tijd
een druppel olie meestuurt voor de machine te smeren wat de levensduur van het
geredschap verlengt. Een manometer voor het aflezen van de toegevoegde druk.
