Langgevel hoeve:
Inplanting: - In de zuidgevel grote openingen
- In de noordgevel kleine openingen

Bakhuis: - Dit stond buiten het huis tegen brandgevaar
Waterput
Moestuin en akkers
Mesthoop: - een mesthoop voor het hergebruiken van afval
Zonnewering: - Linde of okkernoten boom op de koer (ook tegen muggen)
De materialen die ze gebruikten voor zo’n hoeve waren natuurlijk en herbuikbaar. Deze
konden dus verbouwd worden i.p.v. af te breken = DUURZAAM
Vakwerk met houten structuur met vitswerk opgevuld
Wilgentakken ter versteviging
Er werd meestal een oversteek aangemaakt zodat de regen het hout en de kalklaag niet
aantast.
Kelders:
De kelder werd gemaakt uit een tonggewelf boog kan goed krachten opvangen en
overdragen. Later werden kelders half in de grond gebouwd zodat men een raam had
zodat de vochtige lucht naar buiten kan.
In 1945 is er een regelgeving opgesteld met een aantal regels:
- Plan niet wijzigen
- Dak oversteek verplicht
- Beton of asblokken is de buitenmuren is verboden
- Buitenmuren minstens 1,5 steen dik
