Hallo,
Mijn naam is Jullian Elias Pimenta en ik ben 23 jaar oud. Ik studeer de opleiding
sport en bewegen aan het Zadkine Rotterdam. Zelf ben ik woonachtig in Leiden.
Tijdens mijn opleiding heb ik de opdracht gekregen om een 10 kilometer schema te
maken van 3 maanden. Dit is overigens ook het onderwerp van dit verslag.
Allereerst ga ik u wat vertellen over mijn eigen ervaring in het hardlopen, welke
kennis ik heb over hardlopen en wat mijn motivatie daarin is. Het zogeheten
motorische, cognitieve en sociaal affectieve aspect.
Daarna leest u een stukje over testen. Wat is een geschikte test om de
beginsituatie voor een 10 km te meten? Wat wordt er gemeten tijdens die test? En
hoe wordt die test dan eigenlijk afgenomen?
Vervolgens komen we bij het trainingsschema aan. Dit is een schema van 3
maanden die u helpt om de 10km route voort te bereiden. U leest ook een stukje
verantwoording terug, dus hoe heb ik dit schema opgebouwd? Welke variatie heb
ik daarbij gebruikt? Etc.
Ook ga ik zelf een aantal trainingen uitvoeren om mijn eigen ervaring met u te
delen.
Kortom het beloofd een interessante opdracht te worden.
