Spierkracht is het gevolg van samenwerking tussen
sarcomeren, het cel skelet en het bindweefsel in en rond
de spier.
- Actief: contractiele component: myofilamenten in
sarcomeren (aantal koppelingen actine en myosine)
- Passief: het bindweefsel
Krachtoverdracht: zowel serie als parallel via endo, peri,
en epimysium.
De bouw van een pees
- Tenocyt/tenoblast = fibroblas/ fibrocyt
- Fascikel = bundel → via endotenon (bindweefselvlies) een beetje kunnen schuiven t.o.v
omgeving.
- In endotenon bloed- en lymfevaatjes en zenuwvezels (stofwisselingactiviteit van de pees is
laag, maar natuurlijk wel bloedvaatjes).
- Via epitenon kan pees glijden t.o.v. de omliggende structuren: via een losmazig
bindweefselvlies (paratenon) of door een peesschede (afhankelijk van de locatie).
