Chronische osteomyelitis: in Westerse landen zeldzaam, vaak door
onvoldoende therapie. Geeft pijn, koorts in opstoten. Risico op carcinoma!
R/ AB, debridatie, ev. hyperbare zuurstof.
o Bot TBC: zwelling, pijn, functiolesie, geen calor, noch rubror. Algemene malaise, moe,
subfebriel. Rö : erosie, vergroeiing. R/tuberculostatica (> 6M)
