, 1: Inleiding

Voor de eindopdracht van BO5 ben ik van plan de focus te leggen op handelingsgericht werken en
differentiëren tijdens de lessen die ik geef. Ik loop dit jaar stage op het FVL in Amsterdam-Zuid en
de school biedt onderwijs aan op havo, vwo, gymnasium en atheneumniveau. Ik ben van plan deze
opdracht uit te voeren in een derdejaars atheneumklas die ik heb overgenomen van mijn collega en
stagebegeleider BG. Ik ken de leerlingen al goed door andere werkzaamheden die ik op de school
verricht, hierdoor vind ik het een fijne klas om de opdracht mee uit te voeren. Ik zie de klas twee
keer per week, elke les duurt 60 minuten en de klas bestaat uit 18 leerlingen. De klas wordt door
andere collega’s ervaren als pittig omdat ze gemiddeld gezien slechter presteren dan parallelklassen.
