What is malfunction in the body?
Malfunction of the body is when a problem occurs before or during birth or
malfunction later in life, results in body system not working at all or stops
working as efficiently as they should.
E.g. of body system malfunctions:

o Haemophilia

Routine Measurements & Observations
o A routine measurement is a health process that has to be
repeated frequently because a chronic or acute illness and also to
see if the patient is getting better or worse and if there is any need
of medications.
o An observation is the act of monitoring changes that occur in the
health or wellbeing of a patient.
In this assignment I will be looking at how measurements and
observations are used to diagnose cardiovascular system condition and
respiratory system condition. And I will also be ta about talking high
blood pressure and asthma.
High blood pressure: High blood pressure also known as hypertension
it's when the pressure in your blood vessels is frequently high it could be
fatal if it is not treated. Blood pressure increase as an individual ages and
it also happens if you have an unhealthy diet or have a high salt intake.
Asthma: Asthma is a lung condition which causes casual breathing
problems to the patient and causes them to start coughing and

wheezing. This illness doesn’t have a cure, but it has a treatment which
helps people to get through their day.
