It’s an IT qualification and BAC qualification topic. We were told that we had to create an
entrepreneur's new business idea related to IT because IT is important these days, it makes our life
easier. We had limitations that had to be related to modern technology.


Our audience are between the age of 25-40, we know this because in our questionnaires most
people voted for the age range of 25-40. Also in our market research we found out that “The
average age for adult grocery shoppers is the age of 40”. Afterall our target customers are between
the ages of 25-40. We weren’t told who the audience had to be, just had to discover it once we had
decided on the idea. Once we know what our products/services can offer and what will make
potential customers buy, we will be able to begin identifying common characteristics among our
target audience. Research has shown that females do the most grocery shopping. Also from the
questionnaire and from the secondary research we found out that most people do online shopping
since the covid has started.
