Uitvoering
1. Pasbril schoonmaken.
2. Zet de (lees)correctie in de pasbril.
3. Leg de test uit aan de patiënt.
4. Laat de patiënt fixeren op fixatielatje of visuskaart (1 regel boven max visus).
5. Meet de scheelzienshoek met de PCT.
6. Zet +3.00/-3.00 in de pasbril en geef de patiënt even de tijd om te wennen en scherp te zien.
7. Stel de vraag: ziet u het object scherp?
a. Indien niet; wijzig de refractie
8. Meet de scheelzienshoek met de PCT met +3.00/-3.00.
a. +3.00 voor nabij
b. -3.00 voor afstand
9. Noteer de uitslag en bereken de AC/A

AC/A = 5:1
Interpretatie
Toepassing bij coöperatieve patiënten met een verschil van >10^ tussen de deviatie op afstand en
nabij.
Patiënten met een grote PD zullen een hogere AC/A ratio hebben. Een normale AC/A relatie ligt
tussen de 3:1 en de 5:1
Meet de AC/A met +3.00/-3.00 over de optimale correctie heen.
Indien de patiënt het niet scherp krijgt met 3 dpt; afbouwen en de hoogste waarde waarmee scherp
gezien kan worden aan houden. Dit ook meenemen in de berekening.

Bij negatieve glazen (op 6 m uitvoeren):

Bij positieve glazen (op 33 cm uitvoeren):

Exoforie 10^ op afstand
Met een additie van –3 voor elk oog ontstaat een esoforie van 5^
