Dit beroepsproduct is het resultaat van module ‘Verbeter je professionele
gespreksvaardigheid’. Dit beroepsproduct gaat over een explorerend gesprek dat ik
heb gevoerd met een cliënt van Dimence.
”Dimence biedt toonaangevende (hoog)specialistische ggz aan de mensen in haar
werkgebied.” (Over ons, z.d.)
Dit is mijn tweede ingeleverde product van deze module. Ik heb gekeken naar mijn
verbeterpunten en heb hierbij ook hulp verkregen vanuit de organisatie.
Het is erg prettig om mijn eigen verbeteringen te zien ten opzichte van
gespreksvoering.
Ik wil dan ook graag mijn begeleiders en collega’s uit zowel team FACT-noord als
team FACT-zuid bedanken voor de aandacht die ze aan mij hebben besteedt om
mij te helpen groeien binnen gespreksvoering.
