EXCELLes 1: Terminologie, basisprincipes, basishandelingen en basisberekeningen
1. Basishandelingen
Formule doorkopiëren:
o Altijd eerst op vinkje klikken
o Cel doortrekken naar beneden of twee keer klikken op rechterhoek onderaan de cel.
Opmaak kopiëren:
o ‘format painter’ in werkbalk
o Kolom doortrekken
Cel verbreden: 2 keer klikken tussen de kolom van 2 cellen (klikken dus tussen A en B)
Sheet kopiëren: rechtermuisknop → move or copy → move to the end → create a copy
‘delete’ is enkel om inhoud te wissen
Om de opmaak te wissen klik je in je werkbalk op de gum
Cellen vastzetten: $-teken gebruiken
2. Operatoren
4 types:
o Rekenkundige operatoren (om iets uit te rekenen)
o Vergelijkingsoperatoren (om iets te vergelijken met elkaar, of iets waar is of niet)
o Samenvoegingsoperator
o Verwijzingsoperator (dubbele punt, komma en spatie)
2.1 Rekenkundige operatoren – voorbeelden
Som:
o =A1+A2
o Vinkje in werkbalk
Verschil:
o =A1-A2
Vermenigvuldiging:
o =A1*A2
Deling:
o =A1/A2
Machtsverheffing:
o =A1^A2
Procent:
o =A1%

Gelijk aan:
o =A1=A2
Groter dan:
o =A1>A2

2.3 Samenvoegingsoperator – voorbeelden
Vb. =A1&A2
o Wil je een spatie ertussen: =A1&” “&A2
3. Basisfuncties: SUM, MIN, MAX, COUNT, AVERAGE
3.1 Getallen opmaken
Wil je de getallen weergeven in geldbedragen → Ga naar ‘General’ in je werkbalk en ga bijv.
naar ‘currency’.
3.2 SUM-functie (som)
Op cel klikken → ∑ AutoSum → enter op toetsenbord of vinkje
Som als functie intikken (zie 1.3.1)
3.3 COUNT-functie (aantal getallen - tellen)
Op cel klikken → ∑ AutoSum → count numbers → enter of vinkje
Als Excel een kolom aanduidt die je niet nodig hebt → in je formulebalk kan je je
kolommen aanpassen die hij moet selecteren of je selecteert zelf de cellen.
3.4 AVERAGE-functie (gemiddelde)
Op cel klikken → ∑ AutoSum → average → enter of vinkje
3.5 MIN en MAX
Op cel klikken → ∑ AutoSum → MIN of MAX → enter of vinkje
3.6 Mediaan
Formulas in werkbalk → more functions → median → cellen selecteren
