, VOORWOORD
Voor module 2.1.3 heb ik een casus uitgedeeld gekregen waarin
aanleiding is om over mijn cliënt ‘Johanna Steinbacker’ aan haar partner
‘Erik’ uitleg psycho-educatie te geven over een psychiatrische stoornis,
borderline.
Hierin zal ik een ontwerp maken waarin ik aan Erik toegankelijke uitleg
geef over de psychiatrische stoornis, borderline. Het is belangrijk dat in
deze essay duidelijk wordt voor Erik welk invloed de borderline
persoonlijkheidsstoornis op zijn partner Johanna Steinbacker heeft.
Mijn ontwerp bestaat uit twee onderdelen. In deel 1 hebben het dan over
verklaringen en gevolgen daarvan op niveau van het individu en Johanna
Steinbacker haar gezinssysteem. Als laatst hoe Johanna Steinbacker
doormiddel van ondersteuning in het dagelijks leven kan doorgaan met dit
ziektebeeld.
In deel 2 onderbouw ik mijn keuzes die ik heb gemaakt in mijn ontwerp, op
basis van kennis die ik heb opgedaan bij het vak Psychiatrie
Systeemgericht werken. Hierin gebruik ik literatuur en twee ander
relevante en betrouwbare bronnen.
Tot slot reflecteer ik op de impact van het krijgen van een psychiatrische
diagnose voor een cliënt zijn/haar gezinssysteem.
