Inleiding

Wat u in dit verslag kunt verwachten zijn drie verschillende onderdelen die uitgebreid aanbod
zullen komen. Namelijk het uitvoeren van meerdere MDO’s, het uitvoeren van een observatie
en het opstellen van een handelingsplan.

Het handelingsplan dat speciaal is opgesteld voor kind S. die zich bevindt in een complexe
situatie. De situatie kenmerkte zich door de belemmeringen en de opvoedingswijze van haar
ouders. Aan de hand van deze casus ga ik gestructureerd te werk om tot een passend
arrangement te komen. Het plan omvat probleemidentificatie, probleemstelling, doelstelling
en plannen. Oftewel de eerste drie stappen van de regulatieve cyclus afzonderlijk voor
aspirant-pedagogen. Dankzij mijn medestudenten heb ik verschillende casussen
bespreekbaar kunnen maken en kwam dit verslag samen het methodisch werken tot stand.
In dit verslag wordt hiernaar verwezen als de MDO-overleggen.
