Inleiding
Binnen … werk ik als ZZP-er als groeps- en ambulant begeleider. … biedt begeleiding aan kinderen en
volwassenen met ADHD en/of autisme. Binnen de organisatie hebben we regelmatig te maken met
agressie en geweld. Voornamelijk van cliënten. Ik ben werkzaam op een groep die schooluitvallers
begeleidt in de basisschoolleeftijd. Deze kinderen kunnen soms best agressief zijn en daardoor is
weerbaarheid een thema wat constant terugkomt. Zowel voor de kinderen onderling als voor ons als
medewerkers.
Door mij te verdiepen in de materie ben ik een stuk wijzer geworden en ik wil me binnen …gaan
inzetten om hier meer bekendheid aan te gaan geven.
