SPAGHETTI CARBONARA (5 PEOPLE)Hello, I’m Damian and I’m going to make an Italian recipe for the first dish
which is called spaghetti carbonara. Let’s go!
For make it you need:
- 1 ONION. - 500 GRAMS OF PASTA SPAGUETTI.
- 4 MUSHROOMS. - 500 ML OF BUTTERFAT.
- 6 STRIP OF BACON. - 1 EGG.
Here the instructions to follow:
· First of all, you have to cook the pasta spaghetti. Put in a pan three quarters
of water and wait until it’s boiling, then add the spaghetti and wait 10
minutes, it will be ready for eat, but the sauce is missing.
· The sauce is very easy to make, you have to fry and mix all the missing
ingredients in the same frying pan. First, chop the onion, mushrooms and the
strips of bacon. Fry the onion until it will be golden, then add the mushrooms
and 5 minutes later, the bacon, mix all for about 6-7 minutes.
·When everything is fried, add the butterfat and a few seconds later the egg
and mix everything during 10 minutes.
After that, you are going to mix the spaghetti with the sauce and eat it.
