In dit project gaan we een gedetailleerd plan van aanpak ontwikkelen om de introductie van de
Airlion C9, een zeer luxe sportwagen van Spyder N.V., in de Amerikaanse markt te realiseren. Dit
project omvat een grondige marktanalyse van de Verenigde Staten, het opstellen van een
marketing- en distributiestrategie, het opzetten van een verkoop- en serviceorganisatie, en het
trainen van verkoop- en servicepersoneel. Daarnaast zullen we de kosten en baten van het project in
kaart brengen en zorgen voor regelmatige updates en rapportages aan de CEO en aandeelhouders.
Het uiteindelijke doel van dit project is om een succesvolle lancering van de Airlion C9 in de
Amerikaanse markt te realiseren en een realistisch marktaandeel te behalen.
