Customer Portfolio 1
Lisa, John (over 40) and their two teenagers (over 16) are going to take a 2-
week holiday in August somewhere less than 3 hours from London. They do
not want to spend more than £4,000 and their motivations are entertainment
and family time.
Name: Malaga, Spain
Location: Malaga is located on the Southern
Mediterranean coast of Spain. It is 1043 miles
away from London that is about 2 hours and
50 minutes by plane.
Type of accommodation: All-inclusive hotel
Things to do and attractions: Most hotels have access to water parks and
there is a theme park called Tivoli World for
about 35 minutes from the centre of Malaga
by car and there are also coach transfers from
some hotels to the Tivoli World. There are
daily glass bottom boat trips departing from
the port of Malaga. These boats usually go to
bays, where the family can swim in the sea,
dive and watch fish, octopuses and shells.
There is a cinema in Malaga called Yelmo
Cinemas Vialia, so that they could watch a
film. The Malaga noria is a ferris-wheel for
getting to know the city from above.
Approximate costs
Flights including return flights £ 550
All-inclusive accommodation with water park access £ 2500
Airport transfers £ 30
Tivoli World tickets £ 25
Ferris-wheel and cinema £100
One day glass bottom boat cruise £ 85
Approximate total cost of holiday: £ 3,290
