Ook kan je een vaste waarde geven aan een celnaam => bv: een celnaam BTW dat de
vaste waarde 6% heeft
- Spreadsheethygiëne:
Documenteren van wat de spreadsheet allemaal inhoud, zodat als je na 2 jaar terugkomt
op de spreadsheet je nog weet hoe deze werkt of waar je wax gebeleven
Ook kan je aanduiden aan welke cellen eventuele collega’s mogen aankomen en van
welke ze moeten afblijven !
- Beveiliging in excel:
Er zijn protectiemogelijkheden, MAAR soms niet compatibel met verschillende versies
Je kan beveiligen door enkel de cellen die voor die persoon relevant zijn, weer te geven
