The project is the development and creation of my digital portfolio – a website that I will create using
WordPress, and other resources by editing the HTML/CSS on the site. I will be making wireframes and page
designs as planning, with project management resources to schedule and ensure the success of the
portfolio. The website will welcome users and have multiple pages that feature the work that I have done
for college in the past year with placeholders for future work. This project will be based around the unit’s
specification and briefs to comprise the project plan, design, and the website’s contents.
2. Stakeholders
The stakeholders within my project will be the college and my teachers as I will be displaying the work that
I have created due to the assessments and teaching provided, and the planning as well as the website will
be assessed. The college assist me by providing/suggesting resources to plan the project and build the
website, as well as provide a deadline I can work to, teachers can also give feedback and explain what is
necessary for the website including what to include about myself (qualification, profile picture, etcetera). I
could present the website to universities or future employers to show my quality of work and skillset, and
any users of the site that will need to find it easy to navigate and use the site. I, myself will of course be a
