SCHOUDER – CINGULUM PECTORALE
BOTTEN EN GEWRICHTEN VAN DE SCHOUDER
Schoudergewricht: connectie tussen bovenste extremiteit en axiaal skelet
- Clavicula
- Scapula
- (Humerus: connectie met de scapula)
CLAVICULA
Mediale gedeelte van clavicula = extremitas sternalis = rond = concaaf
→ Vormt een gewricht met het sternum
Laterale gedeelte van clavicula = extremitas acromialis = plat = convex
→ Vormt een gewricht met het acromion
Mediale gedeelte is concaaf
Laterale gedeelte is convex
→ Beide palpeerbaar bij de mens
Bijna alle aanhechtingen voor de ligamenten en spieren zijn aan de inferieure zijde van de
clavicula
Tuberculum conoideum = aanhechting voor het lig conoideum → makkelijkste punt om de
clavicula te oriënteren
- Lateraal
- Inferieur
- Dorsaal
Sulcus musculi subclavii = groeve voor m subclavius en lig costoclaviculare
→ Is ook aan de dorsale zijde van de clavicula georieënteerd

SCAPULA
De scapula is een driehoekig blad met twee uitgesproken uitsteeksels:
- Processus coracoideus
- Spina scapulae met het acromion
De spina scapulae is de dorsale graat die de posterieure oppervlakte in twee fossae splitst:
- Fossa supraspinata: aanhechting spier met dezelfde naam = m supraspinatus
- Fossa infraspinata: met lineae musculares voor de m infraspinatus, m teres minor en
m teres major
Aan de ventrale zijde hecht de m subscapularis aan aan de fossa subscapularis
De cavitas glenoidalis is het gewrichtsoppervlak voor het schouder gewricht
- Boven de cavitas glenoidalis: tuberculum supraglenoidale = insertie m biceps brachii
(caput longum)
- Onder de cavitas glenoidalis: tuberculum infraglenoidale = insertie m triceps brachii
(caput longum)
De cavitas glenoidalis is een heel ondiepe structuur
Oplossing: bekleed met een labrum = labrum glenoidale
,Deze firbocartilagineuze rand zorgt voor een dieper oppervlak voor de humerus

HUMERUS
De humerus bestaat uit:
- Een kop (caput humeri)
- Een nek (collum anatomicum)
- Een paar handen (tuberculum majus en minus)
- Een lichaam (diaphysis of corpus humeri)
- Een paar voeten (condylus humeri)
De caput humeri is naar mediaal gericht
Het is een plat oppervlak dat in de cavitas glenoidalis past
Het tuberculum majus is naar lateraal gepositioneerd en heeft 3 facetten voor spier-
inserties:
- M supraspinatus (upper facet)
- M infraspinatus (mediale facet)
- M teres minor (lower facet)
Het tuberculum minus is gericht naar ventraal en heeft een insertiepunt voor de m
subscapularis
Sulcus intertubercularis = groeve tussen de twee tubercels in voor de pees van de m biceps
brachii caput longum
Tuberositas deltoidea = V-vormig tuberositas halverwege de corpus humeri als
aanhechtingsplaats voor de m deltoideus
, Sulcus nervi radialis = groeve voor de nervus radialis, posterieur van de tuberositas deltoidea
De distale epiphysis wordt gevormd door de condylus humeri die bestaat uit twee
gewrichtsoppervlakken en twee epicondyli
Gewrichtsoppervlakken van distale epifyse:
- Trochlea humeri
- Capitulum humeri
Epicondylen van distale epifyse:
- Epicondylus medialis
- Epicondylus lateralis
Sulcus nervi ulnaris = groeve voor de n ulnaris, mediaal van de throchlea humeri
