- Samenhang door waarschijnlijkheid of noodzakelijkheid
- Omslag in het lot van de held
- Werkt het sterkst als de held overtuigend geformuleerd is en een onverwacht,
aangrijpend verloop heeft
- Het is noodzakelijk dat de held voor een succesvol plot…
o Eén enkel handelingsverloop met één afloop heeft en geen dubbele
handelingen uitvoert
o Een verandering vertoont van geluk naar ongeluk (in het geval van een
tragedie)
