als de werkgever de aovk wil opzeggen, dan heeft hij hiervoor de instemming nodig van de
werknemer. Hierbij zijn beide partijen het eens dat de werknemer ontslagen zal worden. De
werkgever kan dan de opzegging aanvragen bij het UWV. hier kun je op terugkomen ogv herroeping.
Hier heb je 2 weken de tijd voor. Je moet instemming hebben en de werkgever moet je wijzen op
het herroepingsrecht. Indien de werkgever je hier niet op wijst is de sanctie dat de 14 dagen worden
verlengd naar 21 dagen.
