Programmable logic controller
14.3.1 - Opbouw van een PLC
Vergelijkbaar met computer. Ingangen, uitgangen, CPU, geheugen en programmageheugen.
RC-netwerk let bij een ingaand signaal op de duur van het signaal, is het signaal korter dan 1ms dan
doet de PLC er niks mee.
Hysteresesysteem let bij de ingaande signalen op een bepaald spanningsbereik, bijv. tussen de 0 en
8V is het 0 en tussen de 16 en 24V is het 1.
14.3.2 - Verwerkingscyclus
Een PLC kijkt naar alle ingaande signalen en past daarop de uitgaande signalen, aangekomen bij het
laatste signaal begint hij weer overnieuw. De cyclustijd is dus erg belangrijk, anders kan hij
ingaande signalen ‘missen’.

14.4 - DCS
Distributed control system. Is een systeem dat een regelende functie heeft in complexe situaties.
