H. TRIBUNAL ESTATAL DE CONCILIACIÓN Y ARBITRAJE.
P R E S E N T E.
DIEGO AMARO GONZÁLEZ, en mi carácter de parte actora, con el debido
respeto comparezco a exponer lo siguiente.
Por medio del presente escrito y con fundamento en lo dispuesto en el
segundo párrafo del artículo 141, de la Ley de los Trabajadores al Servicio de
las Instituciones Públicas del Estado, solicito se tenga al suscrito por
autorizando en términos amplios de dicho numeral, a la Licenciada
Mónica Lizzeth Gaytán Morales, quien cuenta con Cedula Profesional
número 7879568 que la acredita como Licenciada en Derecho; autorización
que se realiza sin exclusión de los profesionistas nombrados con anterioridad.
Adjunto al presente escrito copia fotostática de la Cedula Profesional que se
menciona, para los efectos legales correspondientes.
Por lo expuesto a este H. Tribunal, atentamente solicito:
ÚNICO.- Tenerme por autorizando a la profesionista en términos amplios del
artículo 141 de la Ley de los Trabajadores al Servicio de las Instituciones
Públicas del Estado.
