MLD casussen routes

Casus 1: linker borst verwijderd + linker okselklier toilet. Rechter borst is preventief ook verwijderd.
Oedeem in hand+ onderarm.

Afvloedgebied: grepen worden van distaal naar proximaal uitgevoerd.

1. Fossa
2. Rechts axillair
3. Linker bovenarm: sulcus bicipitales (aanzetten met staande cirkel vingertoppen 1 plaatst, 3-
5x) m. deltoïdeus (enkelhandige tegengestelde duim-hand cirkel, lopend van distaal naar
proximaal) dwarsgreep op bovenarm (lopend meerdere banen) tegengestelde duim-hand
cirkel ( enkelhandig is handig voor onderkant van bovenarm dan kan je met je andere hand
de arm mooi ondersteunen)
4. Eventueel Groeve van Mohrenheim (staande cirkel 3 plaatsen 3-5 keer)
5. Waterscheiding borst doorbreken ( met gelijkgerichte duim hand cirkel van ongezond
richting gezonde oksel werken).
6. Sternum aanzetten ( hand op hand cirkel, lopend van mediaal/ caudaal naar
lateraal/craniaal)
7. Flank links ( behandelen met de dwarsgreep)
8. Iliacaal links ( staande cirkel met de vingertoppen, 1 plaatst 3-5 keer, BENEN PATIËNT ZIJN
OPGETROKKEN, de draairichting is naar mediaal)
9. Inguinaal links ( staande cirkel, 5 plaatsen, 3-5 keer, 3 plaatsten mediale zijde lies
draairichting naar craniaal, 2 plaatsen ventrale zijde lies, draairichting is naar mediaal.

Oedeemrandgebied: overgang onderarm naar bovenarm.

1. Behandelen met duimen. Eerst een duim in het ongezonde weefsel dan zet je de andere
duim erboven in de rand en vervolgens je andere duim weer in het gezonde weefsel tot dat
je de hele rand hebt afgewerkt.

Fibrose: in de elleboog.

1. Behandelen met plooigreep. Stukje huid oppakken en met je andere duim er tegen uit rollen.
Richting maakt niet uit, als het weefsel maar wordt losgemaakt.

Oedeemgebied: onderarm +hand +vingers van de linker arm. Behandelen van proximaal naar distaal.

1. Enkelhandige oedeemgreep van proximaal en distaal op de onderarm. Begin ventraal en
daarna de ventrale zijde pols met duimen dan de dorsale zijde van de onderarm en de
dorsale zijde van pols met duimpjes.
2. Hand ventraal en dorsaal: duimen. Vingers ventraal en dorsaal: duimen.
3. Afsluiting van het oedeemgebied van distaal naar proximaal:
4. Vingers en hand ventraal: intensieve duimencirkels.
5. Vingers en hand dorsaal: intensieve duimcirkels.
