Eerst ROM bepalen, dan behandeling doen en daarna hertesten ROM zo kan je zeggen of er
verbetering is of niet.
Angulair: binnen de ROM. Hierin bewegen. Doe je meestal 5 minuten
*doel: onderhouden pijndemping en mobiliseren, synovia meer laten aanmaken, gewricht
“smeren”.
Eerst testen hoever/pijn. Dan behandelen en daarna vragen hoe hoever/pijn verminderd
worden.

2) Geef mobilisering middels passief angulaire technieken in een open keten in ruglig en/of

PNF: eind ROM opzoeken, stretchen, stoppen als het niet meer verbeterd.
doel: mobiliteit verbeteren. Dus Hold en relax technieken en agonistcontractie
3) Geef pijndemping middels actieve angulaire technieken in een open keten in ruglig en/of
(kleermakers)zit en/of stand
Patient beweegt zelf, alleen blijft wel binnen de pijngrens

4) Geef mobilisering middels actieve angulaire technieken in een open keten in ruglig en/of

Patient maakt zelf de bewging en doe hem over de grens heen
Patiënt kan niet zelf PNF doen dus dit wel ondersteunen als fysio
a. flexie ruglig, patient maakt zelf flexie heup, en duwt dit door met zijn eigen handen
b. extensie ...

e. Exorotatie in zit, je maakt exorotatie en doormiddel van een band om je enkel kan je hem verder
naar exo brengen
f. endorotatie zelf als exo alleen dan endo richting
