Aufgabe 1
Bei einem Workshop besteht die Möglichkeit einen oder zwei Moderatoren einzuset-
zen. Wann empfiehlt es sich zwei Moderatoren einzusetzen? Welche Vorteile bietet
diese Form der Moderation?
Zwei Moderatoren sind vor allem bei größeren Gruppen (etwa ab 12 Leute) und kom-
plexen Themen notwendig. Diese Methode nennt man dann Team-Teaching und ist
sehr Vorteilhaft. Folgende Beispiele zeigen dies:
Moderator 1 erklärt das Thema. In dieser Zeit kann Moderator 2 schauen ob
alle Teilnehmer das Thema verstanden haben und ggfs. einschreiten
Während Moderator 1 präsentiert, kann Moderator 2 schon mal später Hilfs-
mittel wie Beamer und Co. aufbauen.
Somit bleibt der Workshop aktiv und interessant, da er nicht immer wieder unterbro-
chen wird und es Abwechslung gibt. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die Zeitersparnis oder die
Hilfe des anderen Moderators (z.B. Textausfall). Für die Teilnehmer ist es natürlich
ebenfalls gut, mehr als nur eine Ansprechperson vor Ort zu haben.
Aufgabe 2
In Ihrem Unternehmen sollen zukünftig Problemanalyse und Problemlösungen von
den Mitarbeitern direkt am Arbeitsplatz in kleinen Workshops, die alle 14 Tage statt-
finden, durchgeführt werden. Sie sollen als Moderator eine mögliche Vorgehens-
weise für diese Workshops darstellen. Welche Inhalte müssen diese Workshops zur
Problemanalyse und Problemlösungen enthalten. Nennen Sie Inhalte und Methoden
der Moderation.
