Preface
The study presented in this report was commissioned by the Hogeschool van Inholland as part of the
OE102: Customer Insight Tooling course. The aim of the research was to provide an overview of the
technical aspects related to the Axel Arigato website, and I am pleased to report that the findings have
been successful in achieving this goal.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who supported me throughout the research
process. Firstly, I am grateful to the Inholland University of Applied Sciences for providing me with the
opportunity to undertake this assignment.
