These are the terms of group conduct and cooperation that we agree on as a team.
Meetings:
We've committed that we will meet twice a week at mutually acceptable times and
places. As necessary, virtual meetings will be held. All meetings and
communications will be punctual, respectful, and considerate. If someone misses
regular meetings or fails to turn in necessary work by the allotted dates and times,
they will be fined accordingly.
Communication:
The team decided to connect via email, phone calls, weekly in-person meetings, and
video conferences. Members owe it upon themselves to check their email at least
twice day and answer as necessary. Every Friday and Saturday at 13:00, the
members will convene. A team member must provide the team at least 24 hours'
information if they will not be capable of rendering it to a scheduled meeting. A
strike will be issued if the member or members fail to notify the other party of their
absence.
Participation:
Members are required to always preserve academic honesty and abide by all
Centennial College standards against plagiarism. The deadlines for completing
assigned job must be mutually agreed upon. If unforeseen obstacles prevent one or
more team members from finishing any or all of the duties assigned to them by the
deadline, the remaining team members will manage the work effectively. To clarify
or redefine unclear or difficult duties or responsibilities, the team must be contacted
as soon as possible. All participants are required to participate and interact in all
meetings, regardless of the communication channel used.
