Entreprises Heur-eux,
Dans Le Monde du 25 octobre j’ai lu une annonce dans laquelle vous expliquer que tout le monde
ont la garantie pour toutes les montres sur le site. Le 16 octobre j’ai ordu une montre avec le
nombre : 9462390-55, mais je ne suis pas content. C’est parce que ma copine a pris une douche avec
la montre et maintenant, c’est cassée. Aussi, après quelques jours le cadran lâchée. Troisièmement,
l’emballage était brisé.
Je ne veux pas une autre montre mais je voudrais récupérer mon argent. C’est que Heur-eux ne peut
pas nier que la qualité mauvaise. Il me saimble que je ne devrais pas payes l’expedition.
Ma copine est très insatisfait, si je tiens à ce que vous me répondiez immédiatement.
