Evolutionsfaktoren und -mechanismen
Nur wenn die Variation in erheblichen Merkmalen vorhanden ist, kann durch natürliche
Selektion bessere Anpasstheit entstehen.
Als Genpool wir die Gesamtheit der Gene aller Individuen einer Population bezeichnet. Dieser
bleibt unter folgenden Voraussetzungen konstant:
• es treten keine Mutationen auf
• alle Individuen haben sich an die herrschende Umwelt gleich gut angepasst
• die Wahrscheinlichkeit für die Paarung beliebiger Partner ist gleich groß
• die Population ist sehr groß. Wenn nun Individuen zu- oder abwandern oder sterben, bleibt
der Genpool konstant
Werden diese Voraussetzungen nicht aufrecht gehalten, so wird eine Veränderung des Genpools
erzeugt, was zu einem kleinen Evolutionsschritt führt.
Wodurch wird nun also Evolution hervorgerufen?
• Muation: durch sie entstehen laufend neue Allele und damit neue Eigenschaften
• Selektion: durch die Selektion vermehren sich vorteilhafte Phänotypen
• Zufallswirkung, Gendrift: den zufälligen Tod von Teilen einer Population können in
kleinen Populationen bestimmte Allele unwiderbringlich verloren gehen
• Rekombination der Gene: für die Wirksamkeit von Mutation und Selektion wichtig.
Infolge der geschlechtlichen Fortpflanzunge entstehen immer wieder neue
Genkombinationen, die der Selektion unterliegen. Vorteilshafte Merkmale werden durch
Selektion bevorzugt weitervererbt.
Durch das Unterbrechen des Genaustausches zwischen zwei Teilpopulationen erfolgt also eine
nue Art. genetische Seperation= das Auftrennen des Genpools
Mutation
Tretet zufällig Mutation auf, so kommt es zur Veränderung des Genpools. -> nur die Mutation
ist imstande, neue Allele zu liefern.
Was ist aber unter der Mutation zu verstehen?
• UnterMutation ist die Veränderung der Nucleotidsequenz der DNA zu verstehen. Als
Beispiel kann man in diesem Fall den Albinismus nehmen: Es können Pigmente für Haut
oder Federn nicht gebildet werden. Albinotische Tiere sind somit aufgrund ihres Phänotyps
für Fressfeinde auffallend.
