Beste mevrouw Nieuwendijk,
Naar aanleiding van uw mail van 22 mei jl. stuur ik u hierbij mijn advies toe. U heeft mij
enkele vragen gesteld omtrent de schenking die door uw medevennoot is gedaan namens
FlowerGalore. Om het een en ander overzichtelijk te houden, som ik hieronder uw vragen
nogmaals op.
1. U heeft mij gevraagd of FlowerGalore gebonden is aan de schenkingsovereenkomst
die door uw medevennoot, Kees, is gesloten;
2. U heeft mij gevraagd wat de gevolgen van de schenkingsovereenkomst zullen zijn in
een mogelijk faillissement, en;
3. U heeft mij gevraagd of het nog mogelijk is voor FlowerGalore om de geschonken
sierpotten terug te krijgen om die vervolgens in een faillissementsverkoop aan te
bieden.
Ik zal hieronder uw vragen beantwoorden en u voorzien van mijn advies over deze kwestie.
