SPCE 619 Ethical Violations Assignment.
SPCE 619 Ethical Violations Assignment.ETHICAL VIOLATIONS ASSIGNMENT 1. My initial reaction to the summary of ethical violations and code-enforcing activities is that there are so many different ethical violation notices that they had to resolve only a few years ago. It is so shocking to see that many notices of violations that needed to be resolved. I would have hoped that there would not have been so many and that the analysts would do better to avoid those violations. The fact that there were 478 actional violations is astounding. I guess it makes me feel a little better that it was only about half of those that required more action. I was especially surprised by the self-reported violations. It makes me wonder what they could possibly be reporting on themselves and what ethical code they were violating. Also, I understand the disciplinary review consequences differ based on the extremity of the ethical violation, and I think that most of the consequences are fitting to the listed violations, but I expected to see a consequence of either going to prison or barring someone from practicing as a BC(a)BA or RBT if the violation caused significant harm and/or death of a client.
