Omvat alle activiteiten en maatregelen waarmee de school de
onderwijskwaliteit bewaakt en verbetert. Het team moet actief
nagaan wat de onderwijsbehoeften van de leerlingenpopulatie
is. Een goede school evalueert dus regelmatig de kwaliteit van
het onderwijsaanbod.
Kwaliteitszorg 1 (klas vegen)
Om de kwaliteitszorg te waarborgen zorg ik ervoor dat de klas
na schooltijd opgeruimd is. Dat betekent dat alle tafels zijn
gereinigd en de vloer is geveegd. Hierdoor zorg je ervoor dat de
klas weer goed voor gebruik is de volgende dag Op het moment
dat een kindje het toiletbezoek een plasongelukje heeft, dan
stel ik het kindje gerust en zorg ik ervoor dat alles opgeruimd
wordt. Mocht het zo zijn dat het kindje nieuwe kleding nodig
heeft weet ik deze te vinden. Vervolgens zorg ik ervoor dat de
eigen kleding mee naar huis wordt genomen.
