Klinisch redeneren:
In dit verslag heb ik de casus uitgewerkt van meneer Jansen, hij wordt heropgenomen na een
ongecompliceerde vervanging van de mitralisklep. Meneer Jansen is een fictieve naam om de privacy
van de patiënt te waarborgen.
Critical Appraisal of a Topic (CAT):
De CAT gaat over het preoperatief spoelen van de mond met chloorhexidine bij Cardiothoracale
Chirurgie patiënten. Hierbij heb ik middels een literatuurstudie onderzocht of dit zorgt voor een
verminderd aantal patiënten met een postoperatieve pneumonie.
In beide verslagen wordt gebruik gemaakt van hyperlinks welke verwijzen naar de bijlagen.
