1) Coxartrose (langzaam verlies van gewrichtskraakbeen -> osteofyten)
- primair: vanaf 40 jaar -> door eerdere ziekte / aandoening
- secundair: vanaf 25 jaar -> afwijkende anatomie / eerdere ziekte
- mannen > vrouwen = flare !
- pijn (knie) en stijfheid (lies) = meer pijn op einde dag (vergevorderd soms nachtelijke pijn en in rust)
- crepitaties (gewrichtsopp schuurt langs ligamenten)
- trendelenburg + ADL (belangrijk voor hulpvraag !)

3) Niet traumatische artritis (rheumatoide artrose / jicht / spondylitis ankylosans)
- pijn (lies) -> na en tijdens belasting (soms in rust ook)
- kapsulair patroon (beperkt en pijnlijk)
- leeg eindgevoel + onbewust spieren aanspannen !
4) Ischemische femurkopnecrose (slechte doorbloeding -> incongruentie: komt vrij frequent voor)
- 30 à 50 jaar = bilateraal
- risicofactoren (P10 -> rheumatoide artritis, alcohol, trauma, nicotine, HIV, corticoïde, ziekte Crohn)
-> kan voor botnecrose zorgen -> secundaire coxartrose !!
- pijn: plots !
-> lies / anterieur, lateraal heup / bil
- > geen BWBP wel crepitaties
6) Corpus liberum (losliggend stukje KB)
- door trauma / coxartrose / ischemische femur
- pijnscheuten (kan wisselend zijn)

- /p/ test geen gekend patroon maar meestal: flexie / exorotatie (afhankelijk van waar CL zit)
7) !! femoroacetabulair impingement (FAI) -> vormafwijking: CAM / PINCER
- pijn meestal vrij beperkt = pas als labrum wordt aangedaan (zie 8)
